These days you can’t help being bombarded with celebrities and teenagers with there bright, shining white teeth on the cover of every magazine, in every film and seemingly on every street. The fact is that whiter teeth look more attractive, and in turn make you look younger, healthier and sexier. It’s understandable therefore that so many of us want to get whiter teeth. There are lots of different whitening options out there to cater for us, but the one best for you will depend upon the result you want and how much you are willing to spend.

I recently underwent a laser teeth whitening which cost me £100 at a discounted price. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very pleased with the results. Although there was some slight whitening, I feel that nothing great has really changed about my teeth. With all the marketing jargon the dentists in essex used to advertise the whitening procedure, I had the impression that my teeth would be sparkling white by the time I left the dentists, but they were only slightly better than they were before. There are other whitening procedures out there, and the laser whitening might work better for you than it did for me. Although I’m reluctant to try it because it might damage the enamel on the teeth, I’m leaning towards trying tooth bleaching, and I’ve begun buying high-street whitening products, such as whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. There are so many products out there; I think it’s just a matter of finding the one that works for your teeth.
